Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns must be requested by contacting us via email at order@candycabpanels.com, providing proof of purchase and reason for the return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item has no manufacturing defects or damages, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • In such cases, we will refund only the amount paid for the product, excluding original shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Items

If the item is defective or arrives damaged, we will:

  • Replace the item with a new one at no additional cost, or
  • Offer a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that show signs of use or misuse.
  • Custom or made-to-order products, unless defective.
