2. Products and Orders

Each product offered on the site is described with its key characteristics. All items are subject to availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized use, or a breach of our terms.

3. Prices and Taxes

All product prices are shown in euros (€) and do not include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products and will be added at checkout.

Customers outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process, based on the destination and the number of items purchased. These costs will be clearly displayed before the customer confirms the order.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once the order has been processed and shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number by email.

For domestic shipments within Spain, shipping is charged as follows:

• 10 € for the first panel
• 5 € for each additional panel in the same order

For international shipments, rates vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout or if you need special delivery arrangements, please contact us at info@candycabpanels.com.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return your order within 15 calendar days of receiving it.

• If the product has no manufacturing defects, you may return it at your expense. You will be refunded the product price only, excluding shipping costs.
• If the product arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it or refund the full amount, including shipping.

Returns must be made in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any item to arrange the process.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. In any case, our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.

7. Intellectual Property
